With a background in English and information design, I specialize in building documentation that supports usability, compliance, and cross-team collaboration. My approach focuses on making technical content not just accurate—but usable in real-world environments.
I also serve as an Adjunct English Composition Instructor at Hillsborough Community College, where I teach clarity, structure, and critical thinking. These principles directly inform my work in technical writing, where clear communication is essential.
My work includes documentation ranging from instructional guides to government-compliant technical manuals. I’ve developed content using Docs-as-Code workflows, Git-based collaboration, and API-driven documentation, translating complex systems into structured, user-friendly content.
Currently, I support the TACLAN program, developing and validating IT documentation in collaboration with engineering teams. My work focuses on improving clarity, standardization, and usability across technical deliverables. Previously, at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina, I contributed to enterprise knowledge management and improved internal and customer-facing documentation.
